Police in central Newfoundland are asking the public to help locate a 13-year-old girl who has not been seen since Wednesday evening. Springdale RCMP issued a public appeal for information on the whereabouts of Harlow Newman, saying both investigators and her family are concerned for her well-being and want to locate her as soon as possible.
